“Memory Loss” is not just a popcorn film. It also delivers some educational meanings. The personalities of the characters and the stories are related to some issues regarding social concern. It is very inspiring for children, in a psychological way, and modern people who are under a lot of pressure. The production company of this film is F.Rhythm, a company with 25 employees. The young husband and wife, Cold Leng and Gloria Kao, are the directors of this film and owners of this company. With insistency and dreams, they finally finished this film. The efforts behind this product are very moving, showing the power of the brave. The main business in the animation field in Taiwan is outsourced work. In this difficult environment, this animation shows the stubborn insistency of the Taiwanese people. It is hope that we can show the world that the Taiwanese people can do more than just outsourced work and our next generation can watch animations from Taiwan instead of Europe, USA, Japan, and even China!

The story of “Memory Loss”: In order to consulate her mother (Juan Fu), very strong girl Anita (Ariel Lin) accidentally erased her mother’s memory after her father passed way. To find her mother’s memory back, Anita entered the “Memory World” and met a good friend “Egor” (A-Wei Chang), Q (Di-Di Ouyang), and many other amazing creatures. She was attacked by a monster which ate memories, Sid. Anita’s adventure full of courage and memories thus began.

The directors made the world like a kingdom from fairy tales. The characters, scenes, and buildings are all like those in fairy tales. The film is as beautiful as books we read when we were kids. And the fresh animation style was loved by the children in the small premiere who gave the film a big round of applause!

And the cast of the film is very impressive, including Ariel Lin (Herbie: Full Loaded), Tsung-Tsung (the Shrek series and the Ice Age series), A-Wei Chang, Juan Fu, and Di-Di Ouyang (Despicable Me). This amazing cast is another proof of performing artists’ support for Taiwanese works. They would like to invite all the Taiwanese people to watch this animated film with educational meanings and warm feelings.
